On 28 February 2007 Ofcom published a twelve month progress and evaluation report on how it had used the toolkit to embed the consumer interest within the organisation. Read the twelve month progress and evaluation report (PDF 66KB, opens in a new window).
On 7 March 2008 a Panel report was published which used the toolkit to assess three Ofcom projects: the removal of BT's retail price controls, broadband migrations and licence exemption framework reviews. Read the report (PDF 1.33MB, opens in a new window).
Earlier this year (2013), Ofcom undertook a review of its compliance with the Consumer Interest Toolkit produced by the Panel.

In May 2007 the Panel delivered a presentation on the Toolkit in Brussels to DG SANCO, at the invitation of Meglena Kuneva, European Commissioner for Consumer Protection. A note of the meeting can be found here (PDF 74KB, opens in a new window).
